Counting Hours
When I first saw Gideon's photo, months and months ago, I knew I wanted nothing more than to leap across the ocean and hug that little boy. And now, the countdown is no longer months. Not weeks. Not even days. I am now counting down the HOURS before I get on an airplane! I can hardly believe it! Merry Christmas! I am going to go love on my other little sugarplums for a few more hours now . . .

Oh I am so excited for you, but even more excited for Gideon. I cannot wait for that moment you walk in and pick him up for the first time. When he starts to understand that he's been chosen and he's loved. Life changing.
Good luck during your travels to this precious boy. Like you, when I saw his picture, I knew there was something very special about this little guy. The sparkle in his eyes and the mischievious smile reminds me of my own precious grandsons. I will be following your story faithfully and praying all along your journey for your safety, favor from the courts and anything else you may need as you travel to meet this little man.
